INSURANCE COVERAGE
保険診療
当クリニックでは一般歯科の診療を希望される場合は、健康保険による診療を行なっています。初診および毎月最初の診療の際に健康保険証の提示をお願いいたします。保険診療によるご本人負担は通常の場合3割負担、高齢者は1割負担となっております。（但し法改正等により負担率は変動する場合があります）何らかの事情で健康保険証がお手元になく提示ができない場合は、提示いただけるまでは医療費全額（10割負担）を申し受けます。一般歯科の保険診療で使用できる歯科材料は限られておりますが、経済的な料金になっています。一方、審美歯科・矯正歯科の治療は自費診療となります。下記の料金表をご参照ください。具体的な初診・治療代金の詳細についてはお気軽にお問い合わせください。 The clinic offers general dentistry services covered by health insurance. Please present your health insurance card at your first visit and at the first visit of each month. The usual fee for insured patients is 30% of the total cost, and 10% for the elderly. （If for some reason you do not have your health insurance card and are unable to present it, you will be charged the full amount of the medical fee (10%) until you present it. Dental materials that can be used for general dental insurance treatment are limited, but the fees are economical. On the other hand, cosmetic and orthodontic dentistry treatments are at your own expense. Please refer to the fee schedule below.
