当クリニックでは、CT撮影データをもとに現在の骨の状態を立体的に診査する事が可能です。さらにソフトウェア上で治療後のシミュレーションを行うことでより正確な診断が出来ます。またデータを用いて補助器具を作成することで、それまで術者の経験や状態に左右されていたインプラントの埋入手術が、シミュレーションでの想定通りに確実に正確に行える様になりました。 At our clinic, it is possible to diagnose the current bone condition three-dimensionally based on CT imaging data. In addition, we can perform post-treatment simulations on software for more accurate diagnosis. In addition, by using the data to create assistive devices, implant placement, which until then was dependent on the surgeon's experience and condition, can now be performed as accurately and reliably as assumed in the simulation.

インプラント治療の流れ

Step 01

CT撮影・口腔内模型作成などインプラントを行うために必要な情報の収集を行います。 Gather information necessary to perform implants, such as CT imaging and intraoral modeling.
Step 02

収集したデータをもとにシミュレーションを行い、インプラント治療の難易度について確認します。結果をもとに正式な費用を含めたご説明を行います。シミュレーションに際しては最終的な歯の形態まで想定して行います。 Based on the data collected, a simulation will be performed to confirm the degree of difficulty of the implant treatment. Based on the results, we will provide an explanation including the official cost. The simulation will be performed with the final tooth shape in mind.
Step 03

インプラント治療について同意が得られましたら、再度詳細なシミュレーションを行います。そのデータをもとにインプラント埋入手術の際に使用するガイドを製作します。 Once the patient agrees to the implant treatment, another detailed simulation is performed. Based on this data, a guide for implant placement is produced.
Step 04

手術用ガイドを使用してインプラント埋込を行います。ガイドを使用することでシミュレーション結果と同部位に確実にインプラントを埋込することが可能になります。これまで術者の経験や感覚だけに頼っていた場合よりも、より安全な手術になりました。 Implant placement is performed using a surgical guide. By using the guide, it is possible to place the implant in the same location as the simulation results. This is a safer procedure than when the surgeon's experience and senses were relied upon alone.
